Return & Exchange 

We do support exchange and refund, if you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us for full refund or exchange within 60 days. If more than 60 days since your purchase,we will no longer accept any refunds and exchange.

Refund will be processed within 2-4 working days when we receive the returned item. The refunds will be issued to your original payment account, depending on your bank.
Note: All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Debit or Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original debit or credit card.

 

How to process a return or exchange. 

1. Please contact us info@beilimakeup.com firstly for your return request and should be approved.
   Important Note: All items returned without agree will not be accepted!!
   2. All returned items must be in a new and unworn condition without scratches or wearing signs.
   3. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
   4. Please offer a valid tracking number for your returns, Returns or exchanges without tracking not accpeted.

 

Shipping Cost Refunds

The original shipping fee is non-refundable. 
We will cover your return shipping costs，if received the wrong item or broken, defective items.
